HOMEGROWN MODULAR

SMART HOMES BUILT SMARTER

For ten years, we’ve been building toward a modular prototype with a singular aim: leaving stick-built construction behind in favor of a more efficient approach. As we step into modular fabrication, we’re focused on what makes modular construction the clear path forward.

We have identified 3 main pain points which our model addresses.

  1. Air and water filtration is an issue when attaching modular units.
  2. Stairs are problematic and costly when stacking units.
  3. Quality and performance.

FLEXIBLE

Start with what you need, not what you can’t afford. Our modular system allows homes to expand over time, adding bedrooms, workspace, or storage units as your needs evolve.

COST

Modular doesn’t rely on being cheaper per square foot, it reduces total project cost. Smaller starting footprints, faster delivery, and reduced financing time mean significantly lower upfront capital requirements. It also reduces construction risk.

EFFICIENT

Built as a high-performance system, not a collection of upgrades. Airtight construction, factory precision, and integrated energy systems reduce energy demand from day one.

OPERATING COSTS

Designed for net-zero performance, targeting ultra-low operating costs. As low as $1/day depending on usage and climate.

SPEED

Off-site construction allows parallel workflows, site prep and building fabrication happen at the same time, reducing delivery timelines dramatically.

MODULAR

Built in a controlled environment for higher quality and predictability, then delivered and assembled on-site with minimal disruption.

TRANSPORTABLE

Designed with a balance of maximizing a sense of spaciousness. Modules are 14′, perfect for transportability.

ENVIRONMENTAL

Smaller footprints, low-impact foundations, and efficient material use reduce both embodied and operational carbon.

SOLAR

Designed from the outset for solar optimization, orientation, glazing, and roof systems work together to maximize energy production.

QUALITY

Factory-built precision allows tighter tolerances, better material protection, and consistent quality across every unit.

We intend to launch an off-grid, Netzero two bedroom prototype in the Spring of 2026.
